The staff at this hotel are like real-life superheroes! Manuel went the extra mile, helping us make contact with the authorities, just like he had ace detective skills. Our room felt like a sanctuary, quiet and comfy, akin to a cozy cloud in the sky.

Having a functioning air-conditioning and free Wi-Fi in our big size room. The staff is AMICABLE and helpful. The location is nice and perfect, just next door to a large supermarket, many restaurants and Close to two metros, we loved it.

The hotel is situated close to two metro stations, a large supermarket, and many restaurants. the double room, although not impressive in photos, turned out to be comfortable with a cozy bed. the staff is friendly, helpful, and showed genuine concern for my well-being. the location in the heart of Jackson seems particularly advantageous.
